Spotlight On... Stars We Lost in 2014

In Loving Memory of...

   Shirley Temple
   (1928 - 2014)
The quintessential child star. Possessing grand, impressive skill from an early age that most kids are incapable of, she will be forever immortalized as the little princess.

My favorite films: "Poor Little Rich Girl", "Little Miss Broadway", etc... I Like ALL her movies!

   Lauren Bacall
  (1924 - 2014)
The ideal leading lady. She invented "The Look". With her beauty, brains, and attitude she naturally won Hollywood over.  With her dominating sass and alluring stature, she changed the way females were forever perceived and portrayed on film.

My favorite films:
"To Have And Have Not", "The Big Sleep", "Written On The Wind", to name a few!

                                                                     James Garner
                                                                     (1928 - 2014)
With his handsome charm and proficient talent, he became a Hollywood legend.
From his brilliant performances on television ("Maverick", "The Rockford Files", the short lived series "Nichols") to his reign in film ("The Great Escape", "The Children's Hour"), he left behind a triumphant legacy.

My favorite films:
"Move Over, Darling", "The Thrill Of It All", "How Sweet It Is!", and the list goes on and on...

                   Mickey Rooney
                  (1920 - 2014)

With astounding youthful appeal, he delighted audiences in everything from lighthearted comedies to vigorous dramas. His versatility stood as a testament of his unique talent.

My favorite films: The Andy Hardy series, "Boys Town", and many more!

Mona Freeman, Polly Bergman, Mary Anderson, Martha Hyer, Joan Lorring, Jane Adams, Sheila McRae, Audrey Long, Craig Hill, Sid Caesar, Ann B. Davis, Dave Madden, Elizabeth Pena, Robin Williams, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and more.
